Policy

Fees and Conditions

A deposit of 50% per person and full payment of private water rod fees are due at the time of booking.
The balance of the cost is due the day of the trip.

Cancellations and Refunds

Within 48 hours:  One half of the guide fee deposit will be refunded with the remaining balance of the guide fee to be used as a credit toward future guided fishing. All private water guide fees will be forfeited.

Within 24 hours:  No deposit refunds.

Assumption of Risks

Participation in guided trips carry a certain inherent risk that cannot be eliminated regardless of the care taken to avoid injuries. 

* The client will be required to read and sign an assumption of risk agreement prior to all trips.
