Colorado River - State Bridge to Catamount

We floated State Bridge to Catamount today and had a great time.  The weather was ok, temperatures in the 70's with scattered showers.  The water was a little off color due to some overnight showers but we still had about 3 feet of visability.  Most of the fish taken were smaller browns but all were healthy and strong.  We caught one nice rainbow about 16 inches.  Bring your streamer box in case the water is off color.  White, red, and rust colors are definitely the best.  Sculpzillas and zonkers were the order of the day.  There were times when we had some decent dry dropper fishing with stimulators and stoneflies. There are also some caddis and pmd's here and there throughout the day. All in all it's a good time to be on the Colorado.
