I recently fished the upper section of Deckers just beneath the Wigwam Club boundary. Water seems to still be very low with a fair amount of algae and debris floating down making it somewhat difficult to get a clean drift. Though the water clarity was still adequate enough for sight fishing. With clear skies and low water fish were very sensitive to any movement or fly line disturbance, making long casts the name of the game. Also nothing smaller than 6x tippet and a long leader were suitable. Some sporadic caddis flies were in the air but nothing substantial enough to make the fish consistently look up. Strangely enough there were a few big stone flies floating around. Feeding fish seemed to be mainly holding in fast waters, so fish any riffle. I also saw about a 24in rainbow just beneath the Wigwam boundary line. There seem to be a lot of larger fish in that section right now. I mainly found successes just using a dry dropper, size 14 adams quill body with a size 20 pheasant tail dropped off of it, or a size 18 caddis pupa also worked.
