Water Lowering at Rowdy Trout Ranch

Alright, the water has subsided some! Flows are down to a great level for fishing; it should be lights out for a few days while the ravenous fish eat up on flies to recover from the latest flows. The water was clear and the fish even chased a few dry flies across the surface. The main South Platte seems to be hanging on and still fishing well.
