Miracle Nymph - Solitude Fly
Details
Originally designed by Ed Marsh, the Miracle Nymph is quite similar to the Buckskin. Not in the pattern's anatomy, obviously - but the two patterns share a 'Less is More' approach that Mr. Marsh mastered in the bugs he created.
The Miracle Nymph is a thin, sparse midge larva imitation. The wire body wraps creates similar segmentation to that seen on the bodies of the naturals, with the shape of the fly helping to match the ever-present midge larvae floating in tailwaters like the South Platte and the Blue River.
