Staff

No matter where you’re located, we’re your local fly shop crew. We’re all here to help you have more fun and find more success on the water.

Chris Keeley, Principal

Chris became the owner of Anglers All in 2009. Coming out of the banking industry, Chris decided to make a positive lifestyle change. But instead of spending his time fishing, Chris is now responsible for paying the bills and keeping us all employed. Chris hails from the great state of North Dakota, and he and his wife now call Denver home.

Greg Garcia,  “GFG”, Shop Manager

Greg is our true renaissance athlete. From collegiate skiing to competetive cycling and now as a professional fly tier, Greg has excelled at almost everything he has done. Greg keeps our store organized and has built an impressive inventory of fly tying materials. Greg brings his gray hair, wisdom and an endless archive of fly fishing knowledge. Originally from New Mexico, Greg and his wife live in the Denver area. Greg is also a Winston Pro and Umpqua Signature Tyer.

Andy Dunn, Buyer

Andy hales from the Pacific Northwest, but put his first fly in the water here in Colorado 15 years ago! As the Anglers All Buyer, Andy's job is to keep our shop stocked with the very best gear and apparel our industry has to offer. When he isn't working Andy, his wife, and their gagle of three children live in the small community of Louviers, where they soak up the Colorado lifestyle. Andy is also one of very few Sage Elite Pros.

Blake Katchur, Web Manager

Blake, a Colorado native, has shopped at Anglers All since he was a beginner fly fisherman at age 7. Now a few decades later he returns to run the Anglers All online store. With years of eCommerce experience, his background in business, and his passion for all things fly fishing and the outdoors, make him a true asset to our team.

Davis James, Media and Marketing

Although he is a Colorado native, Davis cut his teeth fly fishing for bass and redfish in South Texas. With a media degree from the University of Texas, and a practiced eye in photography he makes a great member of our team. From shooting product photos to filming and editing our rigging and fly tying videos you will see his work proudly displayed on our website and in our store.

Ben Baxter, Shipping and Receiving

Ben works hard and fishes even harder. After his work is done running the warehouse and handling all in coming and out going products, Ben finds time behind his fly tying bench. In his words, there is nothing better then catching a fish on your own fly. We tend to agree, and we are glad Ben is on our team!

Ryan McSparran,  “Big Game”, Content Writer

As a lifetime Colorado angler and with a background in journalism, Ryan keeps the Anglers All blog and newsletter stocked with news and fishing-friendly content. Raised in the city but a redneck at heart, Ryan is an avid hunter and has been known to fish in full camo. When not at the shop, Ryan and his wife love dragging their two kids on all sorts of adventures.

Doug Andrews,  Shop Sales and Education

Joining Anglers All as a second career Doug spent 34 years in education and retired as a Principal in Littleton where he and his wife currently live. Originally from Olathe Doug has fished from boarder to boarder in Colorado and on his days off you can find him sticking fish on one of the Front Range Drainages. Using his experience and well rounded fly fishing ability Doug will be teaching the impressionable minds of fly-fisherman of all experience levels at Anglers All.

Story

In 1954 Jim Poor started a small tackle shop in the basement of the Littleton Motel called Mountain View Tackle. At that time, Littleton was not a suburb of Denver. It was a small Front Range town on the South Platte River.

In its early years, Mountain View was a general tackle store, serving conventional anglers and fly fisherman. Jim was an innovator of small flies and became a key figure in the development of fly fishing in Colorado and across the Rocky Mountain West.

In 1969, the city of Littleton relocated Mountain View tackle in order to build Arapahoe Community College. With a new location just a mile up the road, the name was changed to Anglers All and the legend was born. Anglers All is still in the same building today.

Jim and his wife Jane continued to own and operate the store until the mid 1980’s when Bill Shappell and Terry Nicholson took the reigns. Eventually, Terry and his wife Lori became the sole owners and it stayed that way until 2009. Anglers All has been a strictly fly fishing shop for decades.

In 2009 Chris Keeley took over for Terry and Lori. No matter the year, the water conditions, or the species of fish, Anglers All has provided anglers with the best information and equipment for 60 years and counting..
