Cinco Rios - chile

After nearly 18 months of rested waters, our friends at Cinco Rios are ready to welcome our hosted trip during the week of February 19, 2022. This trip is set to spend time at both Cinco Rios as well as their secondary lodge, Estancia Del Zorro, a true working ranch in the Patagonia interior. This promises great dry fly fishing for aggressive browns, and trophy rainbows through the region. Hosted by Anglers All e-Commerce manager Blake Katchur, a trip to a strange place with a familiar face is great way to get back to international travel! With no quarantine in effect for vaccinated travelers, the guides through Chile and Cinco Rios are ready to get back to work as you fish your way through picturesque Patagonia.

Rio Manso - Argentina

Located in the Rio Negro province of Argentina, Rio Manso is deep in the Nahuel Huapi National Park, Argentina’s oldest, and largest national park. This Patagonian fishery has a huge variety of rivers, lakes, and creeks to explore. Having built a reputation for trophy brook trout, beautiful brown trout, and monster rainbows, Rio Manso was voted the 2015 International Lodge of the year, and continues its proud tradition of production, and hospitality in this awe inspiring setting on the banks of Lago Hess. Each of the 9 rooms overlooks the massive Mount Tronador on the Chilean side of the border, and just miles away from Rio Manso. With a great reputation for their famed dragon fly hatch, the region offers endless fishing opportunities, as well as non angling activities, making this a premier couples friendly trip, or non angler friendly trip. 

Included in this package is 6.5 days of guided fishing, meals, alcohol, lodging, and airport transfers to and from Bariloche, a week fishing package is priced at $5,200 per angler. With space available during our reserved week of November 28 - December 5th, we have timed this trip to pursue the famed Dragon Flies and spring fishing in the Patagonia high country. 

Non angler packages are priced at $3,100 per angler and include lodging, meals, alcohol, horseback riding, waterfall hikes, tours of Bariloche, and single fishing days can be added for $275 per day.

El Encuentro - argentina

Our newest Patagonia location, a family owned and operated lodge since 1985, El Encuentro Lodge is located in Chubut Province, outside the beautiful town of Esquel along the banks of Rio Futaleufú. With an intimate capacity of just 8 anglers you will be welcomed to your new home away from home, chasing trophy brook trout on oversized dry flies as you float or wade your way through the famed Futaleufú, Frey, and Corcovado Rivers. 

In addition to their main lodge, El Encuentro offers their luxury Brooke Trout Base Camp. This camp is located on the banks of Rio Corcovado and is modeled after a high end African safari camp. This location is operated off the grid in the remote wilderness of the Patagonia backcountry. Located in the heart of trout country, Brook Trout Base Camp is situated within short striking distance of a variety of fisheries that hold trophy brook trout and world record size fish. While we can’t guarantee world records, we can guarantee the El Encuentro family will leave you with a true Patagonia experience and the feeling of a new home away from home in one of the most beautiful settings in the world, Patagonia.
