As you think about fishing in 2020, please stop by the fly shop well in advance of any big trips. We do anticipate selling out of specific seasonal lines at key times. For example, ice-off at mountain reservoirs here in Colorado always brings a rush of activity. We will do our best to re-order lines as quickly as we sell through them. But stopping by the shop for a new line the night before a trip might not be the safest bet. Get in sooner, and we’ll make sure you’ve got the right line.
If you’re not sure what line would be best – don’t worry. You’re not alone. The variety of fly lines and different tapers can be intimidating to say the least. We’re total nerds about this stuff.
