Just a month into 2021 and we’re already excited about what this year is going to bring. In case you’re new around here – and even if you’ve known us for years – we’d like to give you a quick look at who we are and where we’re headed…
Anglers All has been in business since 1954, right here in Littleton on the Front Range of Colorado. That makes us one of the oldest – if not the oldest – fly shops in the state. It’s a legacy we’re proud to carry on. And every day we do our best to live up to it.
Take it from our fearless leader, Chris Keeley, as he provides some insight:
Over the next year, we have a lot to look forward to! We can’t wait to help our customers get out on the water. Whether it’s learning to fish or trying a new technique, we’re here to answer questions, teach, share our experiences and learn from all of you! One of the things we love about fly fishing is that no two days on the water are ever the same. There are always new things to discover.
Whether you’re hitting up a local bass pond, heading for the high country or even traveling to warmer destinations, we’re here to help. Our staff has experience fishing from Alaska to Patagonia. From steelhead to tarpon, we can help you make it happen.
One annual event we are excited to keep on our calendar is the Mile High 25! Registration is now open for this one of a kind fly fishing tournament, that is entering its 6th year! This is perhaps the most fun you can have in two wild days of fly fishing. Two-person teams will compete to try and catch the most species of fish on the fly from a list of 25 eligible species. Think of it as a fly fishing scavenger hunt that’ll take you all over the state. To learn more and get signed up, click here.
If you have questions or need help with anything related to fly fishing, fly tying or angling destinations, please don’t hesitate to ask us! We’ll do our best to break down the barriers to entry, and help you prepare for that next adventure.
Over the next year, we hope fly fishing proves to be one of your greatest highlights. Get out there on the water, stay safe, stay healthy and we hope to see you in the shop soon.
