Big flies are super fun to fish and often mean catching bigger fish. The issue has always been how to store them effectively without taking up too much space. Standard fly boxes don't hold enough large streamer flies to cover the number of patterns that many streamer fisherman like to carry. Larger Foam boxes are bulky, unwieldy and the big sharp hooks that our streamers and saltwater flies are tied upon make mincemeat out of foam inserts.
